When a client purchases a property one of the most important things they need is an efficient and comprehensive After-Sales service. Clients need to be sure that the purchase is controlled and that the correct liason takes place between themselves and all relative parties. When a client purchases an off-plan property they need to know that bank guarantees are in place and that when the builder requests a staged payment that he has carried out the work stated for that payment. If the client is back in the UK they need to see progress reports and pictures of the build progress.
All these services are standard in the sales package I provide and do not stop at the succesful completion of the sale. Clients are always welcome to contact me for help and advice, even after the completion of the sale. This is all part of our "client and friend for life ethos.”
Independent After Sales
If someone has purchased a property directly from a builder I offer an independent after sales service which comprises of site visits, progress reports, pictures via email or post, liason with solicitors and builders etc. Even if you have purchased a property through another agent and are not satisfied with their customer care I can still offer this service.
